Cocktail Du Jour – Sailor Jerry’s Banana Daquiri
Sailor Jerry also created his own spiced rum. Here’s one of his signature drinks:
- 2 oz rum (Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum if available)
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon banana puree
- 1 pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass over crushed iced. Garnish with a lime wheel and paper umbrella.
Mocktail Du Jour – Sailor Jerry’s Banana Daquiri Mocktail
- 2 oz Ritual Zero Proof Rum
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon banana puree
- 1 pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass over crushed iced. Garnish with a lime wheel and paper umbrella.
