Cocktail Du Jour – Cider Mule
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz apple cider
- 5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 oz ginger syrup*
Stir and serve in a copper cup filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
*Ginger syrup from scratch: heat 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup water, and ½ cup chopped fresh ginger in a pan until sugar is dissolved.
