From GWARBar in Richmond, VA:
- 5 oz Metallica’s Blackened whiskey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 heavy dash Peychaud Bitters
- 1 dash Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps
Build over large ice cube in a lowball glass and stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Mocktail Du Jour –Balzerac Mocktail
- 5 oz Japanese Barley Tea
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 heavy dash Peychaud Bitters
- 1 dash peppermint syrup
Brew tea and let cool in refrigerator. Build drink over large ice cube in a lowball glass and stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
