Cocktail Du Jour – You Go Glen Cocoa

This drink was designed for Mean Girls Day by Datz in Tampa, FL.

• 1.5 oz candy cane-infused vodka
• 0.25 oz Averna
• 0.5 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Cocoa
• 4 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• 2 oz Nitro cold brew
• 0.5 oz Vanilla sweet cream

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled
brandy shifter. Top with whipped cream, red sugar crystals, and a small candy cane.

Mocktail Du Jour – Pink on Wednesdays

• 1.5 oz Ritual Zero Proof Tequila
• 0.5 oz Grenadine
• 4 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• 2 teaspoons Greek yogurt
• 3 black cherries

Muddle the cherries in a cocktail shaker with the yogurt. Add Ritual Zero Proof Tequila,
Grenadine, and bitters. Fill half the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe
glass and garnish with a speared black cherry.
